New Adminstrative Block - Tehsil office a 4 storey new admistrative block with underground parking development is in progress. Sandhole has Govt Hospital since independence, its label change many times since then and now called Civil Hospital but infrastruture and staff occupancy is very poor.
A new campus development in progress. This will accommodate the sanctioned strength of 20 doctors and 100 beds. The building was inaugrated in 2022 by then minister Thakur Mahendra Singh before the end of 13th HP Legislative Assembly but it is yet to be operational. As on June 2023 it has been more than 6 months since Cong Govt in to power but no action on the pending work.

Lok Sabha Representation: Till 2008 (Fourteenth Lok Sabha) Sandhole was the part of Mandi Parliamentary contituency. In the Fourteenth Lok Sabha Sandhole was represented by Smt. Pratibha Singh Cong(I), spouse of Shri Virbhadra Singh. But after the delimitation process of 2008 Sandhole is the party of Hamirpur constituency. Mr Anurag Thakur of BJP, son of Prem Kumar Dhumal has won the year 2008 election. Anurag Thakur defeated his nearest rival, Narinder Thakur of the Congress, son of Late Thakur Jagdev Chand by more than 72 thousand votes. This second consecutive win for him. He had also won the by-election in May 2008 by 174,666 votes, defeating Congress candidate O.P. Rattan.

Great Infrastucture of Sandhole New Bus stand: For the last 40 years, Khad at Basantpur has being used a Bus stand. Govt has unable to find a suitable place and develop a bus stand. After a long site was identified though it is again in the khad and work started but half constructed building looks older & more deserted than forts of Rajsthan. Finally on 24th Nov 2018 Sandhole got its long due Bus Stand. Thakur Mahender Singh, Irrigation & Public Health, Horticulture, Sainik Welfare minister of Himachal Pradesh inaugurated Bus stand ‘Sandhol‘ near Hatnala Bazaar.
